Shipping policy

Vape Point is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels if your parcel has been successfully delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL). If your property is under ATL with mail service provider, it is your responsibility to make sure that the parcel is delivered successfully. For more information, please visit contact your local mail service provider.

To ensure that parcels are delivered correctly, Vape Point cannot process any request for a redirection once a parcel has been dispatched. Vape Point is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels if your parcel has been redirected.

New Zealand

Your order will be processed once we have received your payment in full. If any ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified by email/phone. Refund or credit will be generated against your account. We will aim to courier your order to you within the following timeframes:

Auckland: Within 48 Hours
North Island: Up to 2 business days
South Island: Up to 3 business days
Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 24hrs

Rest of the world

Shipment fee from $45.00 NZD. All orders will be sent to you by DHL Express. Due to different laws and regulations in different countries, it is your responsivity to ensure you are able to receive the parcel. As such, we will not take any responsibilities should your parcel be seized by customs or other parties involved in shipping your parcel.
